I have dark spots in many part of the body. Wanted to know whether these marks will go or not. Please provide me medicine and diet plan to clear these marks.

I am quite impressed to see that you had mentioned the skin condition which are aware of -KERATOSIS PILARIS. I assume here also read about it to know more and it is a difficult condition to completely treat it takes time it is a slow process and you have to be patient with the treatment. Laser option you can also be used to improve the condition if the creams have not offered enough relief even after many months you can consider using a laser procedure for your condition you can consult online for more details.
