Keratoconus

I have keratoconus in my eyes and I want to avoid any surgery for treatment. I am attaching my Oculus pentacam report with it. Please explain me about the keratoconus level now and how much serious condition is now and which treatment is most suitable for this level. Please explain about corneal thickness also

B. It seems serious.cornea is already very thin
