Hlw i have keratoconus in both eyes and dr recommended me not to see sunlight but the problem is in report of vitamin D test its found that i have its deficiency so what i have to do. I planned to go for morning walk so that it helps me but because of keratoconus i cant go to exposure to light. Plz suggest what to do.

Have you recently undergone a procedure called cross linking? If so avoid Sunlight for the next couple of weeks and while taking your morning walk use a pair of dark glasses with uv protection.
