Hello Keloids can be treated by Various modalities...the most commonly used, safe and fast amongst all is steroid injection in the Keloid .Make sure to get the treatment done only with a skin specialist so that the procedure is done with right concentration of the steroid. In addition, combination injections are also helpful. Any surgery, trauma etc. Can result in new lesions...so keep an eye on that.
