I am having two or three keloids spots on my upper chest what should I do shall I get them remove by surgery or what should I do .

There are multiple treatments available for keloid ,from this pic view I would recommend you intralesional corticosteroid injection,Thank you .,by the way different Drs approach may approach different technique, Thank you
