Keloid on ear piercing

Asked for Female, 6 Years

Hi, my daughter had a keloid on the back side of ear piercing. It was observed post two years of Peirce and we see it increasing now and then when something hurts her ear. As per suggestion, we are applying silicone gel daily night Could you suggest how to remove or how can it be freezed without growing further.
