Keloid after piercing

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I need suggestion for my piercing which is done 2 months before. However because unknown issues a keloid has developed around my nose. Shall i remove my stud? As doctor has suggested to remove it and in future i should not do any piercing which not convenient for me
