Hello     With all due respect for your traditional beliefs, it is recommended not to fast during pregnancy. If and so you do wish to fast, your pre dawn meal before sunrise should consist of lots of water and a  wholesome meal and milk products so that you stay fuller during the day and if fruits are allowed while fasting you can eat them throughout the day.
Next Steps
Have a healthy and safe pregnancy.

Hii dear, First of all many many congratulations for you best journey of life as your pregnancy. Yes your query is really very much touchy for me as I am also doing this vrat and was pregnant 2times in this condition it's difficult to choose the food. But you can take a nutritionally balanced Sathi in the morning tume, and in between the Vrat you can take coconut water and sugar cane juice as per your convenience. And take a full nutritious balanced diet after the Vrat  completed. Avoid to take Deep fry after fasting it will may causes gastric issues and sleeping discomfort. Be careful....

Karwa chauth varat is a fasting stage, but since you are pregnant, its recommended for you to keep the fast for little interval, and in between keep drinking water always, you and your child need energy always, take normal sargi in the morning and take juice or small meals in between till you see the moon.
