Karunatx is a new medicine
I just heard the news that new positive allostratic modulator medicine has successfully completed phase3 trial. They say it is one of the biggest achievement in last 50 years. Now this medicine will not be available in india on the first day. How can we get the medicine, how would it affect the body and there can be challenges to overcome. I would request you to guide me of how you can treat me safely on a different regime.

There are trials still on, likely to complete by end of 2024.
Medicine will come to market after that.
Cost of medication is a limiting factor for indian patients.
For example Pimvanserine cost for 30 capsules is around 4000 dollars (approx 3, 20,000 Rs).
So please speak to psychiatrist for best treatment choice.
