Just a doubt
After meal like after 1 hour i was checking randomly my RBSs came out to be 147mg/dl and my HB1AC came out to be 5.7mmol. Please someone clear my doubt that i fall under prediabetic or normal. Secondly prediabetic is reversible or not.

u are under-limits. yes, pre diabetic is reversible. stick on to good physical activity and healthy food.

Hi., I can understand your concern. After one hour of food intake  it may show higher levels when compared to normal levels. 5.7 is borderline prediabetic, it can be reversed with proper diet, exercise and sleep in most cases.
