Jumped from bed and fell down
My baby girl 2 year old. Yesterday while she was playing, suddenly she jumped from bed and fell down and hit her back head badly. She cried a lot. No vomiting. Swelling was there. But now reduced little. Yesterday at night while she was as3, she cried suddenly. We parted her and put her to sleep. Y did she cry?? For how many hours should we watch for symptoms. I'm afraid

Hi, You have to be  watchful for 24 hours If  swelling in the head increases, if child develops  vomiting more than 3 times/day  or developing headache, lethargy or restlessness you need to attend emergency department If there is any pain, you can give Paracetamol syrup according to weight of the child
Next Steps
If needed can fix a video consultation for furthur discussions
