Jugular vein
Sir Past two months I have fast Heart rate while sleeping and lest chest discomfort and my echo test also normal now my jugular vein tight feel and pulsation why it's happening ???

Your ECG seems to be normal the jugular vein doesn’t pulsate ,it might be carotid pulsation

If your ECHO is normal , need not worry. ECG wise your heart rate is normal. Is it carotid artery pulsations you mean during anxiety ?
