Joints pain
I am suffering with psoriasis, currently I am having pain in joints and my local doctor asked me to see Rheumatology. The pain is severe in both hands thumb joints and knucles and knee and bottom of the foot (with swelling). can you please advice?

As dr said for joint pain exercise will help you with the help of physiotherapist.so go to them and explain your history.
