Joint Pains
I am experiencing joint pains for last 1 month. I recently had my vitamin-D test and found that it came down from 21 to 15 in 18 months. Do I need to start taking vitamin D supplement's? What is the best time to stand in the sun for the same?

Hello There, You may start Vit. D supplements in tablet or Injectable form. But before that you need to visit your Family Doctor or nearest Physician for thorough clinical examination and Treatment follow up. Best time to stand in Sun light is 6:30 to 8:30 AM to inhance Vit. D synthesis in body.
Next Steps
