Joint pain
This is been an year m facing pain in my knuckle, wrist & elbow joints. can't even do regular household works. i m 47 right now so is that an age factor? is there any home remedy for this? kindly provide the possible solutions.

it's polyarthralgia ,consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated by clinical examination and investigations for RA and uric acid

It seems to RA or may be sero negative RA, did winter triggered?, do u encounter more pain n restriction of movements, almost every morning, if so plz sleep after having just pop Rice/corn adding only jira, hold all milk n milk products till baisakhi, apply camper mixed castor oil on joints before bed, have nachani, Ragi,jwar Roti by adding couple of spoons of dried ginger sunthi powder in that, If u choose to sleep in afternoon plz do it before lunch or food!! Plz consult AYURVED Rheumatologist which will share rang of transformation in routine n diet too availing boost in spite dependent on only pain tabs, sure ur all nutritional status to be accessed by investigations. U may find pain n restrictions till baisakhi if won't choose Ayurvedic Detox n Rasayan Therapy

Is it unilateral or both sides? Can be a nerve pain or polyarthralgia which needs investigations to rule out rheumatoid arthritis, vit D levels. Consult Ortho surgeon.
