Hi, looks like a arthritis. Need to get some tests done and based on the reports treat her. Physiotherapy may help. One request please kindly identify the cause and treat. Do not try all systems of medicine.

I can understand your concern.
Its unfortunate that she is in pain. Anyhow, as of now you could give her a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days.
If it still persists then its better you get it checked out by a orthopedician or a rheumatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
