Joint pain after covid vaccine
I got covaxin first dose yesterday evening and having severe back and joint pain and extremely tired today. Spo2 is 98-99 pulse is 90. No temperature (97deg) but feeling very feverish inside the body and loss of appetite with nausea. Is it normal? Please advise.

Yes, this is normal and expected effect. Take paracetamol 500mg for the pain/ medication given at vaccine centre. You will experience this weakness for up to 72 hours after the vaccine. Eat good food and rest There is no need to  worry. ✌

The symptoms will subside within few days. Tablet paracetamol (650) is to be taken if fever or joint pain persists, kindly consult with me on practo app  if it persists more than 2-3 days
