I have been diagnosed with acid reflux. It's been 2 months now. I still have mild acid reflux symptoms.
Is it ok for me to do moderate Jogging on daily basis.
I mean when I do it, I feel severe heatburn in my throat.
Does it loosens LES more by running daily.
And what about the gym workouts

You can do what ever u want but need to space atleast 2 hrs gap should maintain bt work or Jogging and food intake
avoid weight training as it increases intra abdominal pressure ..some times can worsen ur reflux.
