Jock itch is no other than fungal infection...tinaderm is steroid...which can further aggravate the condition...u need topical and oral medication...do direct online consultation and I will prescribe u treatment

Jock itch is due to fungal infection.
It occurs due to sweating moisture and humidity.
Keep that area dry and take bath twice daily. Wash Ur clothes in warm water. Wear loose cotton clothes.
Treatment depends onamy factor like area involved, severity of infection, age, other associated disease and many other things
