I have a breathing problem (like asthma / chronic respiratory issue). I am planning to apply for government jobs and wanted to know if breathing problems or respiratory conditions fall under PWD (Persons with Disabilities) category for government job reservations.
If yes, what kind of medical certification is required, and are there any specific criteria or percentage of disability needed?
