Hi , when i lie down i get left jaw pressure and forehead pressure, but when i am standing or sitting it's reduced to 10%
What could be the reason .please reply

Lower jaw is the only bone in our face which we can move voluntarily. Sometimes ligaments around this joints are tight... Common reasons can be
1. Clenching ur teeth in sleep
2. Chewing too hard things
3. Behind Neck muscles tightness and weakness in front neck muscles...we call it muscle imbalance
