Last few years i have habit of jaw cracking, now i am suffering with tmj problem, there is discomfort in right side jaw and face, feel loose one side face.etc

Because of stress there is constant jaw clenching. Be conscious when this happens and relax your muscles. Massage that area. Use night guard to prevent clenching during night. Stress management helps.
