Hi, I'm having pain in my right upper jaw and pain going upto ear. Jaws sometime feel jammed. No swelling as of now. Started hot compress with iron.

You seem to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction secondary to dental problems. Usually it will resolve with simple measures such as soft diet, painkillers, hot compresses for few days
