  4. Jaw clicked. Who should i consult?

My jaw clicked (where both jaws meet), now I have immense pain in ear (outer layer) and drum. One tooth which has crown in lower jaw. Pain has now travelled to my neck back too. Its hard to chew & open full mouth. Who should I consult?
