Jaw and temple
I have gotten hit on the side of the face two weeks ago and now I can not open my jaw an inch and there is a small lump on my temple. I have headaches on and off most of the day, it goes behind my eyes and then works its way throughout my head

You need to get yourself evaluated properly by a clinical examination as well as some X rays to rule out fractures of the jaw or or the skull. An oral surgeon will be the best person to guide you about the same. It is already too much time that you have waited for. Malunion of the fracture line can happen if a fracture is not treated properly for a considerable duration of time. That can cause permanent disfigurement as well as functional restrictions.
