I have been detected with Hepatitis E severe Jaundice Last 10days, though I am recovering is it safe to have sexual intercourse now

Hepatitis E spreads through bad hygine of hands in food handlers, unclean foods etc(feco-oral).
Spread through sex is not there. However avoid sex till you recover from jaundice.
