1lakh e coli count
Was having it infection since 4 years. Now got urine culture done got 1 lkh e coli count per ml. On medication on amoxicilline + cluvenic combination. How long will it take to cure? How to check if my kidneys are undamaged? Do I need second opinion? What should be iny diet to improve my situation?

Drink a lot of water. Ask ur doc to give 3 antibiotics as e coli won't respond to amoxy+ club acid only. U can even try injectible antibiotics
