Jaundice starting stage
Three weeks before i had jaundice. at that time my blood report had total bilirubin 1.1 and sgpt 138. One week before i checked again and my total bilirubin was increased to 1.4 and sgpt decreased to 67. Only medicine I am taking is himalaya Liv.52 syrup in morning. thats it.  I am still getting some burps after eating food. I am feeling low in energy also, what should I do? can I eat fish, egg white? can I smoke? If not for how many days should i avoid it? Should i take any extra medicine for fast recovery??

Completely avoid smoking and alcohol till you recover completely. It is better to take easily digestible fibre rich vegetarian diet till you recover completely. Have some rice soup when you feel hunger along with coconut chutney and green grams. Don't go for heavy foods, till you recover completely.

Liver is very vulnerable organ in the body. As you mentioned you had jaundice a week back and now recovering. Liver to become normal as before some more time is required. Are you having any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, any color change in urine or fecal matter ?
Next Steps
If any of above mentioned symptoms are persisting you can have a repeat consultation. Follow strict diet and avoid hepatotoxic medications
Health Tips
avoid oily food, if fish don't take fry items . as per my opinion you need to take light food for another 1 or 2 week so your liver can get some more rest and be normal
