Jaundice - recovery time?
Hi. I was suffering from jaundice last month. My bilirubin was max 7 then it comes down to 4 and last week it was total - 0.65..i am working and i re-joined office yesterday and still feeling weakness. How long it takes to recover? Should i quit my job and take rest or continue working? When can i resume to my normal food coz right now my having 2 rotis a day with boiled dal and at evening porridge or khichdi in small quantity.
Does it affect the periods?

It takes weeks to months to fully recover.
If bilirubin has become normal then nothing to worry. You can continue to work depending on how you feel. If you feel too much weakness then u can take leave also.
Next Steps
take some multi vitamin supplement, Electral powder, enerzal powder. have coconut water. lemon juice etc. have mote fruits green vegetables. maintain hydration.
