Jaundice (Recovered)
I was suffering from jaundice of bilirubin upto 15 and now that i have recovered i wanted to know after how much time should i join my gym back and start taking the protien shakes and all the dietery supplements

Repeat liver function tests,  once they are normal,  then gradually normal activities can be resumed.

JAUNDICE :-It is a condition characterised by the yellow pigmentation of the skin, mucous me- mbrane & sclera, increase in the seru- m bilirubin above the normal range of 0.2 to 0.8 mg/ 100ml of serum.
Next Steps
*Lemon yellow staining. *Increased sterco and uro bilinogen. *Stools brown or organe in colour. and other signs.
