Jaundice advice

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've suffering form jaundice form 1 month. Initially in blood test bilirubin level is 7.2% then after 1 month of treatment it comes to level 1.3%. I want to know that is it comes to normal level or not & what precautions should i take after curing form jaundice. Because after 4 days i go to my defence training center.What type & what should i eat.

Need to know cause of ur jaundice, any fever/alcohol intake, any other tests done e. g viral markers usg abdomen done or not, u must take high protein and carbohydrates diet
