Jaundice level
My baby born on 4th jan 2022, 35 weeks pregnancy, 2.56kg weight, female.
Her jaundice level has come 15.6 on 7 jan. Should we keep her in NICU overnight for phototherapy or can we take her home? Please suggest. Report attached.

Considering the gestational age , bilirubin level and day of life
My advice is to keep under phototherapy, as the levels might increase further till day 5 of life.
Also mother's ans baby's blood group also plays imp role in jaundice setup.. Ask your pediatrician to consider that
