Jaundice feeling tired

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hey doctor,I've been surfing from jaundice since last two months .my billirubin level in first report was 1.24 in second it increased to 1.54 and then in third one it was 1.36 . Mu hepatitis B report was nonreactive . So why is it taking too long ? And one more thing down masturbation has anything to do with it ?? Because after my first report I was feeling fine within 1 week but then I masterbate and I felt like it triggers jaundice more .
