Good evening
Bilirubin level of 16 is normal for day 6 of life
If there are no risk factors, count on day 6 is 12.

He definitely has jaundice. He may need phototherapy treatment. It depends on preterm or full term, mother bl group, hours of life and many other factors. Please visit a pediatrician asap
It depends on several other factors such as risk factors, blood type of mother and baby and many more. If no risk factors, cut off is around 20.
