Jaundice causing
I've been in Jaundice for around 10 days. My Bio-Medical report says that Serum bilirubin is 5.0mg/L . Doctor says it's high jaundice. He didn't gave me any specific routine for eating. said that you are free to eat anything. My eyes and urine getting dark yellow day by day. Do you have some advice for me that I must follow?

Hi Your bilirubin level is high that means you are having jaundice. Start with medication. There are really good medicines in Ayurveda . I can help you with your problem.

avoid oily fried food, spicy and heavy food. no non veg. Take rest and drink more water.
