Dear ,dont worry Actually report is not that good means as u said jaundice and collection of body fluids is there so , she need treatment ,she must be hospitalised  right ??? If not she need hospitalization  and observation and treatment . There are lots of reason ,and u have not given detailed problems which baby having .only with ct scan report difficult to comment, its looking like serotic  collection as its every where , most of viral infection suggest  such picture  so if its viral it wl get self limited with supportive medicine ,but sometimes it get fulminanant  means aggravates then little more risk so in such situation wait and watch .and continue treatment . U to be patient ,it wl take quite time
