Iud insertion
Doctor have been inserted IUD merina before 7 months for heavy bleeding from then I stopped bleeding but when I do suryanamaskara or some more work again I find some spottings for 3 days with menstrual pain. Can we do yoga , cycling after IUD insertion or we should avoid ?
