Hi Doctors, My wife had mirena iud inserted since last one year, the problem is she in not having periods since then should we consult Gynaecologist or it's normal?

It's normal..  80 percent will not get periods after 1 year..  Because of hormonal changes only.  Nothing to worry.  Spotting may occur in between
