My 3 yr old baby having continuous skin issues . This is the 3rd time . First time it was 6 month back and met a pediatrician and cured with some cream . second time, last month it was more and met a homeo doctor and cured with a cream . This is the third time i wanted to know the reason an why its repeated . its like Ecema on legs and face also .
