I have read a question yesterday which had the same language (including the same slangs ) You had  last period on  12 March. You had intercourse on 18 March. That was safe zone. You didn't get periods on 12 April and hence you took Deviry for 5 days, starting from 27 April. On 10 May you had mild spotting. That is 8 days after you completed Deviry. So it was withdrawal bleeding. There is no question of it being implantation bleeding because it is occurring 54 days after intercourse. No ovum can survive for 54 days after ovulation. Any further doubts, please consult with me on Practo.
