Jan 2023-hb%= 11.7
Today (22 april ,2023) i did my hb% test it was 10.9% in one lab
So i did it another lab inorder to confirm ,then ,it showed 11.7%
Which one to believe now?

You should believe all of them.
In the testing of Haemoglobin by conventional method (Sahli's) there used to be an error of 25% .
In Computerized testing there can be a difference of 5-10 % .
But the main thing is why are you getting your Haemoglobin level done so frequently ?.
