ITP Heamatology. Will be affected itp?

My wife has ITP , last year in April it was found 4000 count. After she was admitted hospital. By giving platelets, along with ivg globulin it was increased to 50000 only. Medication had started steroid, wysolone 60 mg, 50 for 3 to 4 months but platelets found, 30000, 20000, 11000 in various CBC REPORT, not exceed 30000. Doc suggested DAPSONE , but not improved. Black spot, reddish spot found in legs, thai, hand etc. No bleeding but sometimes bleed from piles. Finally doctor suggested REVOLADE 50,25 mg, platrlate go up to 2.5 lacs but decreases also. Now medicine stopped, since 1 year platelate moves 60000. We are planning for baby, pls suggest future treatment for curing and can baby will be affected ITP?
