  4. ITP disease. Morning. what should i do.

My platelets count is remaining around 75k. I have diagnosed with ITP. I am attaching photos of my medication. Doctor has advised me to take wysolone 10 mg in morning and wysolone 5 mg at night. But on internet it is showing to take 1 dose of 15 mg in morning. What should i do. Thanks
