Itiching at night

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have itiching problem at night. It’s been there from last two years,couldn’t able to sleep at all. Consulted many doctors but no help. Have taken medicine for eosinophils, but even that didn’t helped. Contacted dermatologist, but she said it’s psychological issue. Please help.
