Itchy white discharge. Treatment also.

Hiii , i am 29 years old , having pcos and minor stone in both kidneys and small cyst . 2024 july , i suffered from vaginal discharge .. white thick creamy discharge with itching . then a doctor prescribed some antibiotics ,vaginal suppository for some days and prebiotics for 3 months and physical examination of vagina . then till novem i was okie ... in novem. my after my marriage in two weeks again discharge got start . and then again i saw same doctor then again same process repeat ... i got temprary relief for some days then i changed the doctor same process got repeat antibiotics suppository prebiotics ..i maintain distance also with my husband during that period ...am not getting it whats happening in between i took homeopathy treatment also ..and .. i noticed something .. that i got some pimples on outer lips of vagina ( only on left side ) & itching & is getting started only on left side of outer lips of vagina .. and left side of outer lips of vagina is thick ..
