Itchy skin with white protruding dots
I have itchy skin on back side of knees.I can see some white protruding dots as attached in image. Also I have itchy skin below my balls with no visible abnormalities there.

Tab. Atarax(10mg): once after dinner for 10 days Tab. Iwermectol (12mg): one tab tomorrow morning before breakfast: SINGLE DOSE ONLY LOCAL APPLICATION: wash area with Cetaphil cleansing lotion twice daily for three weeks Morning and night: apply HALOX OINTMENT on affected areas for 3 weeks
