Itchy scalp, huge dabdruff and hair loss

Im undergoing a huge hairloss from past one month, I have very itchy and smelly scalp and dandruff getting spread within 24hours of fresh bath. During hairwash i see huge hair loss on both of my palms... Please suggest me a solition.
