Itchy red spots on skin

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from red coloured rash on my hands, legs and back. I have taken levocet 10mg for 3 days initially upon prescription from my doctor. This has been the case from Aug 1st week so I have visited a dermatologist in October first week since the red spots are recurring with an itch in the spot. When I consulted the dermatologist, she prescribed Alaspan and xenophor(name unsure) for 10days. Still the problem remained the same. Please suggest me with the solution.
