Itchy red blister spots

Asked for Female, 19 Years

For the past 2 years in the summer I get itchy red spots that have a blister on it. They appear mostly on my arms and legs but last year they also appeared on the back of my thighs up to my bum. They also appeared on my stomach too. After they went they left a scar. When they happened the first year, I assumed they were chicken pox as that summer my cousin had chicken pox and I have not had them yet so I assumed I caught them. I've got them again this year too so I want to know what they are.
