Itchy mole became distorted
I have a mole at my back and if my back itches I accidentally scratches it then it became distorted. Before it was rou.d and bulgy but now it became distorted. And when I scratched it, it feels hot.

Probably got infected.. need antibiotics.. send photos for proper diagnosis and treatment
